CE .338 252gr HPBT MTH (Match/Tactical/Hunting)
Our MTH line is machined out of lead free solid copper bar stock on a CNC lathe. These are a high BC, expanding bullet designed for hunting at all ranges. A unique feature of this bullet is our patented SealTite™ band which is a band slightly larger than caliber diameter around the bullet which was designed to eliminate fliers by preventing gas blow-by. The SealTite™ band also decreases copper fouling which is typically associated with mono metal bullets.
These bullets do not mushroom, but instead, fracture. After 1-2" of penetration, 3-4 petals will break off and radiate outward from the main wound channel about 2-3" creating massive trauma. They will expand down to 1600fps. The required twist rate for this bullet is 1:10" or faster.
CE 338 200gr Raptor
Enhanced System Projectile designed to be shot as a hollow point without the Raptor Tip™, a hollow point with the supplied Raptor Tip™ installed for long range shooting, or flipped around and shot as a solid for extreme penetration. Excellent lever gun bullets without the tip installed and are designed to magazine feed in any bolt action rifle with the tip installed. Instead of mushrooming, our hollow points are designed so that after 1-2" of penetration, 6 blades break off and radiate outward in a star pattern while the base contines through for even deeper penetration. A minimum of 1500fps impact velocity is required for the hollow point to function as intended. CE 338 275gr HPBT MAX

The SealTite™ band also decreases copper fouling which is typically associated with mono metal bullets.
